We offer the highest of quality by having 3 spray booths with the best air filtration systems. We are proud users of only QPL coatings as we know the importance of serving our military and aerospace with the best finish possible.
Enclosed 20′ x 20′ coatings booths for military specification applications and Class A applications, plus conveyorized booths up to 30′ long.
Powder Coating
We have a large variety of colors from the best powder manufacturers in the industry including MIL-PRF-32348 spec. With a lead time of 24 hours or less at times, a large number of masking personnel and with experienced powder coaters.
Fifty years of combined technical experience in a variety of metal finishing. three stage phosphate pre-treatment system to accommodate a variety of materials and sizes. Plus conveyorized booths up to 30′ long.
Silk Screening
We can print your logo or desired text on name plates, electronic cases, frames, chassis, boxes or most any flat surface requiring silk screen graphics in different colors. Only the highest quality inks are used in our printing department.
Metal Treatment
We work together with partner companies by subcontracting our parts for Chem film and Anodizing. We offer MIL-DTL 5541 Type I, Type III, ZINC PLATING PER ASTM B 633 Type I, II, III. We anodize per MIL-A-8625 TYPE II and TYPE III.
Dry Film/Teflon Coatings
Dry Film Coatings are used in many applications where customers want to add lubrication to items such as threads and commonly used on many aerospace industry projects.
